[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n23 August 2023\nActiveOps plc\n(\"ActiveOps\" or the \"Company\")\nPublication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM\nActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a leading provider of Management Process Automation (MPA) software for running complex and global back-offices, confirms that its 2023 Annual Report & Accounts and its Notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") have today been published and posted to shareholders, and are available to be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's corporate website at https://investors.activeops.com/investors.\nThe AGM will be held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP at Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AF, at 10 a.m. on 28 September 2023.\nShareholders planning to attend the AGM in person, are asked to please notify the Company in advance by email to [email protected] to assist in planning and implementing arrangements for this year's meeting, as the Company may need to implement health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all attendees.\nIf there are any changes to the arrangements of the AGM, these will be communicated to members before the meeting through the Company's website and, where appropriate, via the Regulatory News Service.\nShareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board in advance by sending an email to [email protected].
