Result of General Meeting
Active Energy Group Plc (AIM:AEG, OTCQB:ATGVF) announced that all resolutions proposed at its general meeting on August 20, 2025, were passed. Resolution 1, an ordinary resolution, received 37,675,212 votes for (83.1% of votes cast) and 7,667,110 votes against (16.9% of votes cast), with 365,298 votes withheld. Resolution 2, a special resolution, received 37,033,560 votes for (81.7% of votes cast) and 8,308,534 votes against (18.3% of votes cast), with 365,526 votes withheld.
