[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2522Q Cinpart PLC 30 July 2010 \n \n\n30 July 2010\n(AIM: CINP)\nCINPART PLC\n(\"Cinpart\" or \"the Company\")\n \nResult of AGM\n&\nChange of Name\n \nCinpart is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, including the bonus issue of shares equating to 1 new Ordinary Share for every 20 Ordinary Shares (the \"Bonus Shares\") held at the close of business on 30 July 2010 (\"the Bonus Issue\") and the special resolution to change the Company's name.\n \nTrading under the new name, Active Energy Group plc, is expected to commence on 2 August 2010, with the new mnemonic, 'AEG'. In accordance with AIM Rule 26, details of the Company will shortly be available on the Company's new website: www.active-energy-group.com.\n \nAdmission of the Bonus Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue to trading on AIM is expected to take place on 2 August 2010. The new Ordinary Shares will have the same rights as the existing Ordinary Shares and will rank pari passu in all respects.
