[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n12 June 2023\n \nActive Energy Group Plc\n(\"Active Energy\", \"AEG\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nPosting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM\n \nActive Energy, the international biomass based renewable energy business, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the \"Annual Report\"), together with the notice of the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting (the \"Notice of AGM\"), are now available to view on the Company's website (see - https://aegplc.com/corporate-documents/).
