[{"type":"text","content":"\n Cinpart PLC\n07 December 2007\n\n\n7 December 2007\n\nCinpart Plc ('Cinpart' or the 'Company')\n\nAppointment of CEO and Retirement of Non Executive Director\n\nCinpart is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Francis Baker to the\nnewly created position of Chief Executive Officer ('CEO') with immediate effect.\nThis follows his recent appointment to be board of Cinpart in June 2007.\n\nFollowing a review of the organization and structure of the senior management\nteam at Cinpart, the Board determined that in order to continue the development\nof the current operation it was appropriate to make this appointment..\n\nKevin joined the subsidiary of Cinpart being Derlite Co Ltd in 2005 where he was\nappointed as operations director before subsequently joining the board of\nCinpart as executive director in June 2007. He has managed the reorganisation of\nthe group and the associated changes in its operation. His skills and experience\n are now to be applied to the development of the Company.\n\nKevin Baker, the new CEO commented:\n\n'Now that the company has established a sound base, I am looking forward with\neager anticipation to the further development of Cinpart.' The Board welcomes\nKevin to this new role.\n\nAll disclosures in relation to Kevin Francis Baker, aged 56, for the purposes of\nSchedule 2(g) of the AIM rules for Companies were disclosed upon his appointment\nto the board of Cinpart in June 2007. There is no further information to be\nupdated for the purposes of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules for Companies.\n\nThe Company also announces the retirement of Dr Lee Sharples as a Director. Dr\nLee Sharples is one of the original directors of the Company and has made a\nsignificant contribution over many years.
