(the\n \"Company\" or \"Cathedral\" / TSX: CET) announces the appointment of\n Michael F. Hill, MBA, P. Eng., as Chief Financial Officer (\"CFO\")\n effective September 1, 2014.  Mr. Hill comes to Cathedral with\n significant financial and operating experience after holding senior\n roles in finance, strategy, business development and mergers and\n acquisitions across a wide range of industries including oilfield\n services.  Most recently Mr. Hill was Chief Operating Officer at Mosaic\n Capital Corporation.  As CFO, Mr. Hill will be responsible for finance,\n accounting, risk management and investor relations with a focus on\n strategy and business development.  Mr. Hill holds a Master of Business\n Administration from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of\n Science, Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta.\n\n\nIn addition, Cathedral announces the appointment of Kevin Miller, CA as\n Director, Finance and Accounting.  Mr. Miller has been with Cathedral\n since 2008 when he joined Cathedral as Corporate Controller.  Mr.\n Miller will oversee Cathedral's financial reporting, treasury and tax\n activities.  Mr. Miller is a Chartered Accountant (1991) and holds a\n Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major from the University of\n Saskatchewan.\n\n\nCathedral Energy Services Ltd.
