Net earnings for the nine months ended September 30, 2005 were $2,699,519 or basic earnings per share of $1.20 compared to $2,078,721 or basic earnings per share of $.90 for the nine months ended September 30, 2004.\r\n\r\nFor the quarter ended September 30, 2005, the Company recorded revenues of $5,528,158, compared to $8,061,565 for 2004. For the nine months ended September 30, 2005, revenues were $16,438,839 compared to $22,149,662 for the nine months ended September 30, 2004.\r\n\r\nACMAT provides design and construction services to commercial, industrial, corporate and institutional customers. ACMAT focuses on renovating interiors of existing facilities, as well as new building construction.
