Net earnings for the six months ended June 30, 2006 were $2,078,490 or basic earnings per share of $.95 compared to $1,595,518 or basic earnings per share of $.71 for the six months ended June 30, 2005.\r\n\r\nFor the three months ended June 30, 2006, the Company recorded revenues of $6,311,281 compared to $4,957,484 for the three months ended June 30, 2005. For the six months ended June 30, 2006, revenues were $12,032,680 compared to $10,910,681 for the six months ended June 30, 2005.\r\n\r\nACMAT provides design and construction services to commercial, industrial, corporate and institutional customers.
