Net earnings for the six months ended June 30, 2005 were $1,595,518 or basic earnings per share of $.71 compared to $1,204,035 or basic earnings per share of $.52 for the six months ended June 30, 2004. For the three months ended June 30, 2005, the Company recorded revenues of $4,957,484 compared to $7,445,945 for the three months ended June 30, 2004. For the six months ended June 30, 2005, revenues were $10,910,681 compared to $14,088,097 for the six months ended June 30, 2004. ACMAT provides design and construction services to commercial, industrial, corporate and institutional customers. ACMAT focuses on renovating interiors of existing facilities, as well as new building construction. ACMAT'S Insurance Group includes ACSTAR Insurance Company and United Coastal Insurance Company.
