Accuma Group PLC 21 January 2008 Accuma Group plc ('Accuma' or 'the Company' or 'the Group') Potential Offer Update On 17 December 2007, Accuma announced that it had received a very preliminary approach which may or may not lead to an offer for the entire issued share capital of the Company. The potential interested party has not pursued its initial preliminary approach. The Board considers that the indication of interest was purely exploratory. Accordingly, the Company confirms that it has terminated talks with the interested party and is no longer engaged in any discussions regarding a potential offer for the Company.
