[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 8501E Accuma Group PLC 30 December 2009 \nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE\n\n30 December 2009\n\nNot for release, publication or distribution (in whole or in part) in, into or from any jurisdiction where to do so would constitute a violation of the relevant laws or regulations of such jurisdiction\n\nRecommended all cash acquisition of\nAccuma Group Plc (\"Accuma\" or the \"Company\") by\nHH Bidco Limited (\"HH Bidco\")\nResults of Court Meeting and General Meeting \n\nThe HH Bidco Directors and the Independent Directors announced on 2 December 2009 that they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended acquisition by HH Bidco of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Accuma to be implemented by means of a Scheme of Arrangement.
