Accuma Group PLC 29 April 2008 Accuma Group Plc ('Accuma' or 'the Group') RE: BOARD CHANGES Following the significant changes made to the Group's operations over the past six months and in particular the decrease in trading volumes experienced, the Board has decided to combine the role of Group Finance Director and Group Operations Director. Consequently Edward Armitage is stepping down from the Board of Accuma with immediate effect and is to leave the Group at the end of May. Andrew Bland will be combining his role as Group Operations Director with new responsibilities as Group Finance Director. Charles Howson, Chief Executive of Accuma, commented: 'Andrew, who joined the Board in July 2007, is a Chartered Accountant and will be well-supported by an established finance function here at Group, which includes three qualified accountants.'
