Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.\nUPDATE on Acquisition TIMELINE\nACG announces today that, due to ongoing discussions with new strategic investors, the book-building period for the Placing has been extended and a results announcement will be made around 4:00 p.m. (London time) on 28 August 2024.\nThere is otherwise no change to the timeline previously announced and the expected Acquisition closing date remains 29 August 2024.\nFurther announcements will be made in due course as needed.
