The Transaction was effected by way of an off-market transaction. The Seller owned approximately 3.1% of the Company's issued share capital prior to the Transaction.\nA total of 7,500,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.1% of the Company's issued share capital, have been sold at a price of 61 pence per share.\nABN AMRO Bank N.V.
