[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 2882M\n Accsys Technologies PLC\n 07 May 2020\n \n \n \n \n AIM: AXS\n \n \n Euronext Amsterdam: AXS\n \n \n 7 May 2020 \n \n \n \n \n Accsys Technologies PLC\n (\"Accsys\" or the \"Company\")\n \n Issuance of Shares \n \n \n \n \n Accsys, the fast growing and sustainable chemical technology group, announces the issue of \n 1,259,449 \n new ordinary shares of €0.05 each in the Company (\"Shares\") to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (\"EBT\"). \n \n \n \n \n \n These Shares have been conditionally issued and allotted following the vesting in August 2016 and recent exercise of nil cost options, granted in 2013 under the Company's 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan. \n \n \n \n \n The Shares will be issued pending (amongst other things) admission to AIM and Euronext Amsterdam, which is expected to take place on or about 12 May 2020.\n \n \n The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company following the issue of the Shares will be 163,547,604.
