[{"type":"text","content":"\n Accsys Technologies PLC\n18 September 2007\n\n\n NOT FOR RELEASE, DISTRIBUTION OR PUBLICATION INTO OR IN THE UNITED STATES,\n AUSTRALIA, CANADA OR JAPAN.\n\n\n18th September 2007 AIM: AXS\n\n ACCSYS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES SHARE OFFERING AND\n LISTING ON EURONEXT AMSTERDAM TODAY\n\nAccsys Technologies PLC ('Accsys' or the 'Company') announces the successful\ncompletion of its share offering and listing on Euronext Amsterdam today.\n\nHighlights\n\n• Offer Price has been set at €4.10;\n\n• The Offering comprised a sale of 5,000,000 New Ordinary Shares by\n Accsys and a sale of 10,000,000 Existing Ordinary Shares by certain existing\n shareholders;\n\n• The Company has raised €20.5m (before expenses);\n\n• Use of funds includes:\n\n o doubling the capacity of the Arnhem manufacturing facilities;\n\n o to advance the wood fibre technology for panel products to a commercial\n scale;\n\n o to increase licensing activity and support, increasing staffing levels;\n\n• First company to be dual listed on Euronext Amsterdam and AIM;\n\n• Fortis acted as Lead Manager and Sole Bookrunner on the Offering;\n\n• Accsys' ordinary shares will be listed and admitted to trading on\n Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext today, under the Euronext trading symbol\n 'AXS'. The stock is expected to start trading at the opening of trade on an\n 'as-if-and-when-issued' basis;\n\n• Settlement of the Offering is expected to occur on Friday 21 September 2007.\n\nThe Pricing Statement setting out the terms of the Offering has been filed with\nthe UKLA and the information set out in this Pricing Statement will also be\nannounced by an advertisement in a national newspaper distributed daily in The\nNetherlands (Het Financieele Dagblad) and the Daily Official List (Officiele\nPrijscourant).
