Swidler to Accord's\n Board of Directors.\n\n\nMr. Swidler is a Senior Advisor with the Montréal office of Richter LLP,\n a firm of Chartered Professional Accountants. He was the Managing\n Partner of Richter from 1996 to January 1, 2007 and was Chairman of the\n firm's Executive Committee from 1982 to 1996. Mr. Swidler graduated\n from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and also\n received a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill.
