[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n8 August 2023\n \naccesso® Technology Group plc\n \n(\"accesso\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nPDMR notification and Total Voting Rights\n \naccesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified on 7 August 2023 that, Steve Brown, Chief Executive Officer, exercised nil cost options (the 'options') over 582,567 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan ('LTIP').\n \nPursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company confirms that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of these shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM'). Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 11 August 2023. In accordance with the rules of the LTIP, other than those shares sold to cover taxes, the shares will be retained for a minimum period of six months.\n \nFollowing the above transaction, the Company will have a total of 41,993,464 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
