(the \"Company\") [TSXV:AFR]\n \n \n announces that it has entered into a letter of\nintent dated February 1, 2022 (the “LOI”) with private exploration\ncompany Edge Exploration Inc. (“Edge”). Pursuant to the LOI, the\nCompany may earn up to a 100% interest in five (\n \n \n 5)\n \n \n claim groups\n(\n \n \n collectively described as\n\"Properties\" or individually as \"Property\")\n \n \n by funding\n \n \n exploration programs to investigate known and\ninferred bedrock mineralization containing gold, silver, base\nmetals, tungsten, molybdenum, rare earths, and other traditionally\nsought elements and green revolution elements. The Properties\ncomprise the following New Brunswick mineral claims:\n \n \n \n \n Claim 9387 Dam Lake encompassing 2,479.5 hectares\n(“ha”),\n \n \n \n \n Claim 9590 Wellington Lake (1,386.0 ha),\n \n \n \n \n Claim 9591 Linton Stream (841.2 ha),\n \n \n \n \n Claim 9204 Fredericksburg (1,071.1 ha), and\n \n \n \n \n Claim 8300 Little Mactaquac Stream (3,499.3 ha), for a\ntotal of 9,277.1 ha and such other claims held or acquired by purchase\nor option by either party or non-arms-length parties, or within 5 km\nof the respective boundaries of the Properties which shall form part\nof the Properties.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Exploration Story\n \n \n \n \n Edge has discovered highly anomalous gold and silver in\ntill in an area that is a mirror image geologically to the setting at\nClarence Stream where Galway Metals is conducting a major program of\ndiamond drilling.
