[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n5 July 2016\n\nSTANDARD LIFE INVESTMENTS PROPERTY INCOME TRUST LIMITED (LSE: SLI)\n\nThe independent Board of Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust (“SLIPIT”) notes the announcement made yesterday by Standard Life Investments to suspend trading in the Standard Life Investments UK Real Estate Fund, an open ended Property Authorised Investment Fund (“PAIF”).\n\nThe Board would like to emphasise that SLIPIT, being a closed ended investment company, is completely independent of the PAIF and is in no way affected by yesterday’s announcement.
