ABRDN Property Income Trust Limited announced on 05 November 2025 a minor adjustment to its previously declared final property income distribution (PID). The PID, initially set at 0.92127467 pence per share on 16 October 2025, has been amended to 0.921274 pence per share. This change is due to the Company's registrar requiring dividend payments to be limited to six decimal places for operational reasons, resulting in a negligible reduction. Importantly, the previously announced capital return of 3.0 pence per share remains unchanged. Both the revised PID and the capital distribution are scheduled for payment on 13 November 2025, with the ex-dividend date for the PID being 23 October 2025 and the record date for the capital distribution being 7 November 2025.
