abrdn Property Income Trust Limited's interim results for the period ended 30 June 2025, show a loss per share of 0.4p, compared to a loss of 3.0p in the same period last year. No dividends were paid, a decrease from the 2.0p paid in 2024. The net asset value per share decreased to 7.5p from 8.0p at the end of 2024, representing a 6.4% decrease. Net assets decreased to £28.7 million from £30.4 million at the end of 2024. The company held £19.3 million in cash at the period end. The current NAV is 7.5p, of which 2.1p relates to Far Ralia.
