[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nabrdn European Logistics Income plc (LSE: ASLI) (the \"Company\" or \"ASLI\")\nLEI: 213800I9IYIKKNRT3G50\n \n25 June 2025\n \nRESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING\n \nAt the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25 June 2025, Resolutions 1 to 11 contained in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed with all voting having been conducted on a poll. \n \nFollowing the AGM, the Board of Directors is pleased to note that shareholders have followed the Board's guidance in voting against the Continuation resolution. This allows the Company to move forward with the recently announced plan to place the Company into managed wind-down.
