Constructed in 2018 and with a 28,559 square metre lease area the property consists of four cells, two of which are treated as cold storage. The asset has been sold for a consideration of €47.5 million, in line with the Company's independent Q3 2025 valuation by Savills.\nContinued Sales Process\nThe Company's shareholder-approved managed wind-down continues to progress.
