Confirmation of €23.5m warehouse sale in Ede
abrdn European Logistics Income plc has completed the sale of its warehouse in Ede, Netherlands, for €23.5 million as part of its managed wind-down. The 39,569 square metre property, leased to AS Watson until July 2033, was sold at a 2.9% discount to its December 2025 valuation. As part of the sale agreement, the Company has agreed to undertake certain climate related remedial works at a cost of no more than €0.5 million.
