(MYS:TSX Venture)\n("Mystique") today reported its financial and operational results for the\nthree month and nine month periods ended September 30, 2007.\n\n\nFinancial results for the third quarter of 2007 include:\n\n\n- Cash flow of $(178.6) thousand compared to $427.4 thousand for the\n third quarter of 2006.\n\n- Net loss of $3,381.8 thousand compared to $81.8 thousand for the\n second quarter of 2006.\n\nDevelopments that occurred during the fourth quarter included:\n\n- Executed a letter of intent for a business combination with a private\n company.\n\n- Filed a plan of arrangement ("Plan") on 2007-11-19 with Alberta Court\n of Queen's Bench ("Court") pursuant to an order granted by the Court\n on 2007-04-24 for creditor protection under the Companies' Creditors\n Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). The initial Court order granting creditor\n protection under CCAA was extended until 2008-01-31. Mystique will\n present the Plan to creditors for consideration on 2007-12-19.\n\nComplete financial and operating results will be filed on SEDAR and made\navailable on Mystique's website, www.mystiqueenergy.ca, later today.\n\n(x) Use of the term barrels of oil equivalent "boe" may be misleading,\n particularly if used in isolation.
