This\nstrategic addition reflects AbraSilver’s commitment to further\nenhancing its technical and operational capabilities and progressing\nits flagship Diablillos silver-gold project, located in Salta,\nArgentina, towards a construction decision.\n \n \n \n \n Highlights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Mr. Weyland is fluent in Spanish and has extensive\nexperience in high Andean mining projects in both Chile’s Maricunga\nbelt and Argentina’s Vicuña district.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n At Lundin Mining, Mr. Weyland led key project studies\nfrom the pre-conceptual phase through feasibility and engineering. He\nimplemented the company’s capital allocation program and project\ndelivery standards. Most recently, Mr. Weyland held a key leadership\nrole in technical services and was responsible for technical due\ndiligence of several acquisitions in Argentina and Chile, as well as\npost-acquisition integration of the Chapada mine in Brazil.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n During his ten years at Kinross Gold Corp., Mr. Weyland\nimplemented the company’s risk management program before joining its\nproject development services group to implement and oversee the stage\ngate review for key projects.
