Shareholders voted in favour of the election of all director nominees: Robert Bruggeman (Chair); Hernan Zaballa; Jens Mayer; Stephen Gatley; Nicholas Teasdale; Sam Leung; and Flora Wood. Shareholders also voted in favour of: (i) the re-appointment of Crowe Mackay LLP as the Company’s auditors; and (ii) the approval of the amendments to the Company’s share compensation plan.
