The program was completed by independent\nmetallurgical consultants, SGS Canada Inc., at their testing\nfacilities in Lakefield, Ontario.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Key Highlights Include:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Overall recoveries at the JAC and Fantasma deposits\nrange between\n \n \n 86% - 93% for\nsilver\n \n \n and\n \n \n 82% - 91% for gold.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A substantial percentage of the silver at JAC can be\nrecovered by gravity separation which increases overall\nrecoveries.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Current testwork confirms that the same process\nflowsheet can be used to process mineralization from the Oculto, JAC\nand Fantasma deposits.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Milling tests have shown that 150 microns is the\ntargeted grind size for the leaching of the mineralized material at a\nretention time of 36 hours.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Overall silver and gold recoveries could likely be\nincreased further by grinding finer and with higher cyanide\nconcentrations. Further metallurgical testwork and trade-off studies\nare now underway.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n John Miniotis, President and CEO, commented, “We are\nextremely pleased that the metallurgical testwork results at JAC\ndemonstrate excellent recovery rates for both silver and gold.  These\nresults show that mineralization at JAC responds very well to\nconventional processing and recovery technologies, providing highly\npositive implications for the future development potential of the\nproject.  The results will be incorporated into our Mineral Resource\nestimate and Pre-Feasibility Study which remain on track to be\ndelivered later thi...
