Phase III drilling is designed\nto delineate a maiden Mineral Resource estimate on the recently\ndiscovered JAC zone, located several hundred metres southwest of the\nconceptual open pit that constrains the current Mineral Resource\nestimate on the main Oculto deposit. Additional drill holes are\nrequired as mineralization at the JAC zone remains open in most\ndirections.\n \n \n \n \n To date, the Company has completed approximately 12,200\nmetres of drilling, in 60 holes, as part of the Phase III program.\n The expanded program is expected to be completed in July 2023, and\nwill be followed by an updated Mineral Resource estimate (“MRE”)\nand a Pre-Feasibility Study (“PFS”) on the Diablillos project in\nQ4/2023.\n \n \n \n \n The main objectives of the expanded Phase III drill\nprogram are listed below (see Figure 1):\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Systematically drill off silver-dominant mineralisation\nat the JAC zone in order to estimate Measured and Indicated Mineral\nResources that can be incorporated into the planned MRE and PFS.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Delineate the margins of the JAC zone and conduct\ngeotechnical drilling necessary for a conceptual open pit\ndesign.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Potentially conduct reconnaissance drilling at other\ntargets on the Diablillos land package, including Fantasma, Alpaca and\nthe Southern Zone.\n \...
