In addition Abraplata Argentina SA requested,\nthrough the original owners of La Coipita, New Areas of additional\nmining tenure consolidating the two main blocks of the property (the\n“New Areas”).\n \n \n \n \n John Miniotis, President and CEO of AbraSilver,\ncommented, “We are excited to be able to consolidate a strategic\npart of the prospective La Coipita copper-gold project.\n Consolidation of the claims creates a single, large property package\nwith numerous exploration targets in one of the world’s most endowed\ncopper-gold belts.  This transaction enhances our project pipeline\nwith an additional drill-ready exploration project, where we expect to\ncommence an initial drill program by year-end.”\n \n \n \n \n La Coipita Project Overview\n \n \n \n \n On March 2, 2020, the Company\n \n \n entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest\nat La Coipita for total payments of US$4.27 million, over a period of\nfive years.   To date, the first two payments totaling US$165,000\nhave been made.  The Project is located\n \n \n in the\nmining-friendly San Juan Province of Argentina adjacent to the Chilean\nborder.\n \n \n \n \n With the addition of the new prospective Claims and New\nAreas, the consolidated Project now encompasses a large area totaling\napproximately 70,000 hectares in the western portion of Calingasta\nDepartment.
