The drill program is fully funded and\noperated by a subsidiary of Teck Resources Limited (“Teck”) under\nthe terms of the earn-in and joint venture agreement, as per the\nCompany’s news release dated\n \n\n\n\n January 22,\n2024\n \n\n\n\n .\n \n\n\n\n The assay results from drillhole DDH-LC25-006 have\nconfirmed a significant intercept of high-grade copper mineralization,\nrepresenting a new discovery including a well-developed secondary\nenrichment zone, within a large-scale porphyry system.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Key\nResults - Hole DDH-LC25-006:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n 114 metres (“m”) grading 0.70%\nCu, 0.07 g/t Au and 81 ppm Mo\n \n\n , from 410 m to 524\nm down-hole depth, interpreted as a secondary enrichment\nzone.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Including a\n \n\n higher-grade interval\n \n\n of\n \n\n 20 m at 1.03% Cu, 0.08 g/t Au and 71 ppm\nMo,\n \n\n from 412 m to 432 m depth\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n 98 m grading 0.55% Cu, 0.10 g/t Au\nand 143 ppm Mo\n \n\n , from 524 m to 622 m, interpreted\nas hypogene porphyry mineralization\n \n\n\n\n\n\n 409 m grading 0.25% Cu, 0.06 g/t Au\nand 37 ppm Mo\n \n\n from 622 m to 1,031 m,\ncorresponding to a high-sulphidation epithermal overprinting\nzone.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Combined these intercepts comprise\n \n\n 621 m grading 0.38% Cu, 0.07 g/t Au and 62\nppm Mo\n \n\n , from 410 m to 1,031 m demonstrating the\nscale of the mineralized system.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Additional Drilling Progress:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Hole DDH-LC25-007, located approximately 500m east of\nDDH-LC25-006, was completed to a depth of 846.1m and has intercepted\ntwo separate second...
