UPON THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT THIS INSIDE INFORMATION IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE WITHIN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.\n \n \nAbingdon Health plc\n \n(\"Abingdon Health\" or the \"Company\") \n \nCompletion of Retail Offer\n \nYork, U.K. 29 August 2024: Abingdon Health plc (AIM: ABDX), a leading international lateral flow contract research (CRO) and contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement dated 19 August 2024, , following the closing of the Retail Offer on the BookBuild Platform on 28 August 2024, 4,107,668 Ordinary Shares will be issued at a price of 9.75 pence per Retail Offer Share.\n \nConsequently, 53,589,741 Placing Shares and 4,107,668 Retail Offer Shares, resulting in a total of 57,697,409 new Ordinary Shares, have been issued (or in the case of the Retail Offer Shares will be issued) in relation to the Placing and Retail Offer, raising total gross proceeds of £5.665 million.\n \nApplication has been made for the Retail Offer Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). Admission is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 30 August 2024.\n \nFollowing the Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company in issue will be 193,630,821 with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 193,630,821.
