[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Abingdon Health plc\n \n \n \n (\"Abingdon Health\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Director Share Transfer to Trust\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n York, U.K. 1 March 2023: \n \n Abingdon Health plc (AIM: ABDX), a leading international lateral flow contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), announces that it received notification on 28 February 2023 that Dr Chris Hand, Non-executive Chairman, transferred 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") from his personal account into The CW Hand 2023 Settlement, a discretionary trust in which Dr Hand is a trustee.
