[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nAbingdon Health plc\n(\"Abingdon Health\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nAward of Options under LTIP\n \nYork, U.K. 2 May 2025: Abingdon Health plc (AIM: ABDX), a leading international developer, manufacturer and distributor of high quality and effective rapid tests, announces that, under the terms of the existing Long Term Incentive Plan established in December 2022 (\"LTIP\" or the \"Plan\"), the Company has awarded share options (\"Options\") over a total of 4,092,000 ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") to certain directors and senior management, in order to incentivise and encourage retention in a manner that aligns with the interests of the Company's shareholders.\n \nThe Options are nil cost and will vest over the period to 30 June 2027.
