Pursuant to company''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring & reporting trading in securities, the Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company shall remain closed for ''Designated Persons'' from 1st April 2025 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended 31st March 2025.Accordingly all Designated Persons of the company & their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in shares of the Company during the above mentioned period.
