AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Group's financial year ended 31 August 2025, will be held at 11.00 am on Thursday 15 January 2026 at Teneo, The Carter Building, 11 Pilgrim Street, London EC4V 6RN.

The Group's Annual Report 2025 and the Notice of AGM are now available on the Group's website at https://www.abdplc.com and have been posted to shareholders.

AB Dynamics is committed to constructive engagement with all of its shareholders and they are invited to submit questions in advance of the AGM by email to investors@abdplc.com. Questions should be submitted by 11:00 am on 13 January 2026 and we will ensure, to the extent practicable, that all queries receive a response prior to the AGM.
