[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4615A AB Dynamics PLC 21 January 2020 \n\n21 January 2020\nAB Dynamics plc\n(\"AB Dynamics\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\nGrant of LTIP Awards \n \nAB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, confirms that the terms of a new Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) as described in the Company's 2019 Annual Report and Accounts, were approved on 15 January 2020 by the Remuneration Committee.\nSubsequently the Board of the Company authorised the award of options, on 17 January 2020, over an aggregate of 63,078 new ordinary shares in the Company at nil cost and representing approximately 0.28% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (the \"Awards\").
