Contract award and confirmation of Board change

AB Dynamics plc ("AB Dynamics", the "Company" or the "Group"), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market is pleased to announce the award of a contract to supply its simulators to a major European OEM, and to confirm that Sarah Matthews-DeMers' appointment as CEO is effective from today.

Contract award

The Group is pleased to announce that Ansible Motion has been awarded a €9.7m contract to supply its advanced driver-in-the-loop simulation equipment to a major European OEM. Revenue from the contract award is expected principally to be recognised in the second half of FY 2026 and the first half of FY 2027.

Confirmation of Board change

As previously announced, James Routh stepped down as a director of the Company on 30 November 2025 and Sarah Matthews-DeMers' role as Chief Executive Officer is effective from today.
