AAK : Change in number of shares and votes in AAK AB (publ.)

The incentive program for employees ("Warrants Program series 2022/2027"), approved at the annual general meeting on May 18, 2022, has during May 2026 resulted in the increase in the number of shares and votes in the company by 1,230,000, through conversion of subscription warrants into new shares in the company.

As of May 29, 2026, there are in total 261,889,002 shares and votes in the company.
