(the “Company” or “AWON”) would like to announce that a significant block of Common Stock is in the process of being cancelled and the Company will be filing the appropriate documents to lower its authorized Common Stock.The Company has been notified by its transfer agent that a former control shareholder of the Company is processing the cancellation to treasury of 51,470,460 shares of Common Stock and 5,000,000 shares of Series “A” Preferred Stock (“Cancellation”). This Cancellation will lower the shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding from 412,226,498 to 360,756,038, a 12.47% reduction. Upon completion of the Cancellation, the Company will file the necessary documents with the Nevada Secretary of State, Corporations Division to amend its Articles of Incorporation to lower the authorized Common Stock to 375,000,000 shares of Common Stock, a 50% reduction.
