[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1454G Bluejay Mining PLC 24 May 2017  \n\n24 May 2017\n \nBluejay Mining plc / EPIC: JAY / Market: AIM / Sector: Mining\n \nBluejay Mining plc ('Bluejay' or the 'Company')\nIssue of Equity and Director Dealing\n \nBluejay Mining plc, the AIM and FSE listed company with projects in Greenland and Finland, announces that it has received notification from option holders to exercise options over a total of 1,500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the share capital of the Company (the 'New Ordinary Shares') at a price of 7.5 pence per share. Accordingly, the Company has today issued the New Ordinary Shares to the option holders for an aggregate cash value of £112,500. \n \nThe share option exercises referred to above includes an option exercise by Greg Kuenzel, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.  Mr. Kuenzel exercised an option over a total of 750,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.5 pence per share on 24 May 2017. Accordingly, following the issue of 750,000 New Ordinary Shares to Mr. Kuenzel, he has an interest in 38,405,382 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.21% of the issued ordinary share capital of Bluejay, as enlarged by the issue of New Ordinary Shares.  Further details concerning this dealing are set out below.\n \nApplication has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission'). Admission is expected to occur on or around 31 May 2017.\n \nTotal voting rights\nFollowing the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 737,715,887 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ('Ordinary Shares') with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
