The Company also gives notice that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held on 18 June 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Company's registered office, 7-9 Swallow Street, London, W1B 7DE.  Dial-in-details to enable shareholders to attend the AGM remotely are included in the Notice of AGM, copies of which, together with the Form of Proxy and Annual Report will be posted to shareholders tomorrow and available to view on the Company's website shortly.\n \n  \n \n Highlights:\n \n · Focussed on commencing near-term production at the world class Dundas Ilmenite Project in Greenland\n \n o  Working agreement with Rio Tinto Iron and Titanium Canada Inc. ongoing with smelter testing due 2021\n \n o  Confidential MOU signed with multinational trading firm in the titanium feedstock market with possible project financing\n \n o  Mining Licence application currently entering the Public Consultation phase with EIA and SIA both confirmed compliant\n \n · Expanded the Disko-Nuussuaq Magmatic Massive Sulphide nickel-copper-platinum-cobalt project in Greenland as a result of confidence in the discovery potential\n \n o  Encouraging results support the presence of a nickel-copper bearing mineralisation\n \n · Increased the Kangerluarsuk Sed-Ex lead-zinc-silver project area by more than five-fold to 692km2\n \n o  Mapping suggests known zinc, lead, silver and copper occurrences could be up to 40m thick\n \n · 2020 exploration and maiden drill programme planned at Disko and Kangerluarsuk postponed in light of COVID-19 but desktop studies to refine drill targets are progressing\n \n · Acquired two new exploration licences in south Greenland, together the Thunderstone Project, making Bluejay the largest operational landowner in Greenland\n \n · Successful fundraising of £11.5m at 10p per share included institutional support from German, Danish, UK and Irish investors and invest...
