Frontier Acquisition Corp. changes name to Northern Frontier Corp., consolidates common shares and announces change in fiscal year-end

(TSX-V:\n FFF.P) (the \"Corporation\" or \"Northern Frontier\") announces today that it has: (i) changed its name to Northern\n Frontier Corp. (the \"Name Change\"); (ii) consolidated its common shares on the basis of fifteen (15)\n pre-consolidation shares for one (1) post-consolidation share (the \"Consolidation\"); and (iii) changed its fiscal year-end from November 30 to December\n 31 (the \"Change in Year-End\").\n\n\nName Change and Consolidation\n\n\nThe Name Change and Consolidation were approved at a special meeting of\n shareholders held on February 15, 2013. The TSX Venture Exchange has\n accepted notice of the Name Change and Consolidation and has issued a\n bulletin stating that effective at market opening on February 28, 2013,\n the pre-Consolidation common shares of the Corporation will be delisted\n and the post-Consolidation common share will commence trading under the\n new name. The Corporation's trading symbol, FFF.P, will remain\n unchanged. On a post-Consolidation basis, there will be approximately\n 918,533 common shares issued and outstanding.\n\n\nLetters of transmittal have been sent to registered shareholders of the\n Corporation to facilitate distribution of the post-Consolidation common\n share certificates.
