Change of Name

Bemrose Corp PLC 18 August 2000 BEMROSE CORPORATION PLC ('Bemrose' or 'The Company') Official announcement of name change to 4imprint Group plc Bemrose, the UK's leading supplier of promotional marketing products, is pleased to announce that it has officially changed its name to 4imprint. Trading will commence under the new name at the start of business on Monday 21st August utilising the ticker/symbol 'FOUR', and will continue to be listed under Support Services. The change of name was approved at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 31st July 2000. The new name, 4imprint, more closely reflects the new business to business strategy of the Group and removes the name Bemrose which was associated with the Group's printing businesses, the last of which has recently been sold. The group recently announced a trading partnership with Lands' End, Inc ('Lands' End'), a leading North American direct merchandising company which sells more apparel online than any other clothing company worldwide. Replacement share certificates will be distributed shortly.
