[{"type":"text","content":"\n 4imprint Group PLC\n08 November 2006\n\n\n8 November 2006\n\n 4imprint Group plc\n ('4imprint' or the 'Company')\n\n Proposed Acquisition of Supreme Holdings Limited\n\n Posting of Circular and Notice of EGM\n\n\nIt was announced on 7 September 2006 that the Company had entered into a\nconditional agreement to acquire Supreme Holdings Limited and that the proposed\nacquisition is subject to the approval of 4imprint shareholders.\n\nThe Company today announces that a Circular to Shareholders and Notice of\nExtraordinary General Meeting to consider the proposed acquisition was posted to\nshareholders on 8 November 2006. The Extraordinary General Meeting of the\nCompany will be held at 10.00 am on Monday 27 November 2006 at the offices of\nPanmure Gordon (UK) Limited at Moorgate Hall, 155 Moorgate, London EC2M 6XB.\n\nCopies of the Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting have been\nsubmitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for\ninspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is\nsituated at:\n\nFinancial Services Authority\n25 The North Colonnade\nCanary Wharf\nLondon E14 5HS\n\nIn general, the 4imprint Group continues to experience trading conditions\nsimilar to those of the first half of 2006.
