(\"49 North\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV: FNR) announces it is extending its previously announced non-brokered private placement (see press releases of June 3 and June 15, 2016). The second and final closing of the private placement is expected to occur on or before August 17, 2016. \n\nThe proceeds of the private placement will be used to augment the Company's working capital position. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange final acceptance.
