("FNR") (TSX Venture:\n FNR) of 602, 224 - 4th Avenue South, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan wishes to clarify its holdings in\n Westcore Energy Ltd. ("Westcore"). On October 19, 2010 FNR acquired\n ownership of 1,000,000 common shares of Westcore, which brings FNR's\n total common shareholdings in Westcore to 5,315,000 (representing\n 22.88% of Westcore's outstanding common shares) not 4,315,000 common\n shares as previously reported.  When combined with Mr. MacNeill's\n holdings, direct and indirect, Tom MacNeill will own, control or direct\n 8,575,000 common shares (representing 36.92% of Westcore's outstanding\n common shares).
