Michael Ryer as a director effective May 9, 2013. A director with 49\n North since June 15, 2010, Mr. Ryer is resigning from the board to\n pursue other endeavors.\n\n\nThe board of directors and management of 49 North thank Mr. Ryer for his\n significant contributions during his time with 49 North. Mr. Ryer's\n experience respecting financial reporting, tax and corporate governance\n proved a valuable asset to 49 North over the last 3 years.  We wish him well in his future endeavors.\n\n\nNo new director will be appointed in light of Mr. Ryer's resignation\n until after 49 North has completed its debt restructuring and a slate\n of new directors have been considered and appointed at 49 North's\n Annual General Meeting.\n\n\n49 North is a Saskatchewan focused resource investment company with\n strategic operations in financial, managerial and geological advisory\n services.
