Proceeds from the refinancing were used to refinance existing debt and finance a distribution to shareholders. 3i expects to receive cash of c.€321 million from Action by 31 March 2018.\n \n3i will be holding a Private Equity Capital Markets Seminar today, involving a presentation from the management team of Action.
